Delivery Time Frame

BLB aims to deliver all private orders each Friday. Orders placed after 12:30pm Wednesday will be delivered the following Friday. Cookies are made to order to guarantee top-notch quality and cookie freshness arrives at your door.

Local Sunshine Coast delivery only

Not home for Delivery

If you're unavailable to receive your cookie package, Australia Post will endeavour to leave it in a secure location. All orders are carefully packaged in sealed bags for safe travel, we cannot be held liable if the recipient is not present to accept the delivery.

It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the parcel is sent to either: a) an address where someone will be present upon delivery; or b) if the premises are unattended, the sender assumes responsibility for the package if it's left in a secure location upon delivery.

If you have any concerns about your order delivery please contact us before Monday.

Refunds

Regrettably, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on food items.

In instances where the product was not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.

Similarly, if the courier has made multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts and the item is subsequently returned, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

For cases where the item is received faulty or incorrect, we require proof of purchase and a photo sent to Black Lemonade Bakery.
