Delivery Time Frame

All home deliveries will be sent out every Monday. Cookies are made to order to guarantee top-notch quality and cookie freshness. In other words baked and shipped the same day. Any orders after our Monday cut off time will be added to the following Monday shipment.

Shipping Australia wide - Via Express Post

We can send cookies / orders to any registered residential address in Australia. Currently we do not send to PO BOXES. Please make sure you have added the correct address for delivery as once the order has been fulfilled and sent we can note make changes to the delivery address and can not be held responsible.

Not home for Delivery

If you're unavailable to receive your cookie package, Australia Post will endeavour to leave it in a secure location. All orders are carefully packaged in sealed bags for safe travel, we cannot be held liable if the recipient is not present to accept the delivery.

It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the parcel is sent to either: a) an address where someone will be present upon delivery; or b) if the premises are unattended, the sender assumes responsibility for the package if it's left in a secure location upon delivery.

Refunds

Regrettably, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on food items.

In instances where the product was not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.

Similarly, if the courier has made multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts and the item is subsequently returned, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

For cases where the item is received faulty or incorrect, we require proof of purchase and a photo sent to Black Lemonade Bakery.
